By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Sensory Bridges develops the Brooks Band™, an assistive technology and general wellness wearable platform designed for neurodivergent individuals in educational settings. The Brooks Band™ is categorized as assistive technology under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1401(1).
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site, is the property of Sensory Bridges, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Sensory Bridges” and “Brooks Band” are trademarks of Sensory Bridges, Inc. The Brooks Band™ device and associated technology are the subject of pending patent applications. All rights reserved.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Site without the prior written consent of Sensory Bridges, except for temporary storage in your device’s cache or the printing of pages for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for informational purposes. You agree not to:
Sensory Bridges reserves all rights to use the content made available on the Site for the purpose of text and data mining. Use of Site content for automated analysis, AI model training, or generative AI purposes is prohibited without express written consent from Sensory Bridges.
If you submit information through the Site (such as contact forms, pilot interest forms, or partnership inquiries), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You acknowledge that information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sensory Bridges does not accept unsolicited ideas, proposals, or creative materials outside of established inquiry forms. Any unsolicited submissions of a business or creative nature (such as product ideas, marketing concepts, or business proposals) become the property of Sensory Bridges with no obligation to review, compensate, or maintain confidentiality. This provision does not apply to personal information, student data, children’s data, or any information protected by FERPA, COPPA, or applicable state student data privacy laws, all of which are governed by our Privacy Policy regardless of how submitted.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), scheduling tools (Calendly), and form services (Airtable). Sensory Bridges does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site. Accessing a third-party site from the Site is at your own risk.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SENSORY BRIDGES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSORY BRIDGES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
The foregoing limitation of liability does not apply to: (a) liability arising from Sensory Bridges’ willful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) liability arising from a breach of data security obligations under applicable federal or state law, including but not limited to COPPA (16 C.F.R. Part 312), FERPA (20 U.S.C. § 1232g), the Tennessee Information Protection Act (T.C.A. § 47-18-3201 et seq.), the New York SHIELD Act (GBL § 899-aa), or other applicable state breach notification statutes; or (c) any obligation that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sensory Bridges and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Sensory Bridges reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide thirty (30) days’ notice via a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of non-material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes affecting data collection, data sharing, children’s privacy protections, or limitation of liability, Sensory Bridges will obtain affirmative acknowledgment from affected individuals where their contact information is on file.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sensory Bridges regarding your use of the Site.
